We would like to hear from you — especially if you have found an error.
Reporting a problem with a value
Reference tables are only useful if the numbers are right. If something looks wrong, please write to us with:
- the page and the row you are looking at (for example “AWG Wire Gauge Chart, AWG 12”),
- the value you believe is correct,
- and if possible the standard or source you are comparing it against.
That last point matters: for several of these tables more than one published convention is in circulation (sandpaper grit and fuse ampacity are the usual culprits), so knowing which standard you are working to lets us name the convention explicitly rather than just swapping one number for another.
Suggesting a new chart
If there is a table you need that is not here, tell us what it is and where you would use it. Suggestions that fit the format — a published standard, a lookup that gains from being searchable — are the most likely to be added.
Response time
This is a small site run alongside other work, so replies may take a few days. Corrections to published values are prioritised over everything else.
